Services for Adults with a Serious Mental

Philosophy
To give persons with a serious mental illness the
opportunity to create a vision for themselves in a recovery/wellness
environment and the tools to support this vision becoming a reality.
Services

Recovery
Support and Facilitation― Brokered services
include recovery support and facilitation, counseling (individual and group),
medication, psychiatric consultation, and Title 36 court-ordered
treatment. Wellness and recovery groups focus on each person’s
ability to take control of his/her own life.

ADMIRE
Plus (Alcohol, Drugs, and Mental Health Issues of Recovery Examined)
Dual Diagnosis Program―This program provides
psycho-educational and interactive skills-building groups for adults
diagnosed with co-occurring serious mental illness and substance abuse
disorders.

Vocational Rehabilitation― Services
include work internship/exploration, job development, supported
education, supported employment, job coaching, and access to
employment.

RAPP Project Connect―Services include
outreach, psychiatric evaluation and medication, medication
monitoring, case management, individual and group counseling, and
alternative holistic groups for homeless adults with a serious
mental illness (SMI).

Sonora House―A “safe haven” for persons
with a serious mental illness who are not currently enrolled in the
behavioral health system and who await placement in more permanent
housing.

Supervised Residential Level II Group Homes―
Casa Alegre provides residential short-term services
in a group home setting for adults with psychiatric symptoms. Thornydale Ranch
and Mountain Rose Ranch provide transitional (1 to 6 months) residential
living in a group home setting for adults with a mental health
disorder.

Wraparound Services―Staff go to the
person’s place of residence and provide needed supportive services.
